Returns

If you'd like to make an exchange or return, please email us at casacoarmi@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram. In your message, please include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to exchange or return. Once you initiate the process, the item(s) must be shipped immediately.


CHANGES

For an exchange to be valid, the product must be unused, with original tags, and in perfect condition. Any purchased item that does not fully satisfy the User may be exchanged within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To do so, the User must notify casacoarmi@gmail.com and/or via direct message on Instagram, without fail, within the aforementioned period, and make the purchased Product(s) available for return. The Products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, unused, and with the original packaging and tags intact. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • The value of the product to be exchanged will be the same as what you originally paid.
  • If you change the size, there will be no additional cost.
  • If you exchange an item for another product, the value of the previous item will be deducted, and if there is a difference in your favor, a credit note will be issued. For domestic shipments: exchanges are processed via reverse logistics. The package is picked up, and once received, the new product is shipped.

RETURNS

Any purchased item that does not fully satisfy the User may be returned within a maximum of seventy-two (72) hours from the date of receipt of the order. After seventy-two (72) hours, a return will not be possible; however, an exchange or a credit note may be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the order. A product that has been previously exchanged is not eligible for return. If the return is due to a product defect covered by the warranty, Coarmi will cover the costs necessary exclusively for returning the product via the same delivery method. Returns apply only to purchases made online. You can choose between receiving a credit note or a refund. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging with tags, the refund will be processed.
-Products without original labels or packaging, that are not in perfect condition and unused, stained or broken, cannot be exchanged or returned.
For both exchanges and returns, it is necessary to package the item(s) appropriately to avoid further damage to the product.

  • The refund is made via the same payment method.
  • Partial returns are processed as credit notes.
  • Purchases with discounts or promotions only generate a credit note, not a cash refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
