2. LEGAL GUARANTEES (LAW 24.240)
The products we offer are subject to the legal guarantees established in the Argentine Consumer Protection Law (Law 24.240) and the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation.
A. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Article 11 of Law 24.240:
When non-consumable movable goods are marketed, the consumer and subsequent purchasers will enjoy a legal guarantee for defects or flaws of any kind, even if they were obvious or manifest at the time of the contract, when they affect the identity between what was offered and what was delivered, or its correct functioning.
The legal guarantee has a minimum duration of THREE (3) MONTHS from the delivery of the product, and may be extended as established by the supplier.
What does the legal guarantee cover?
• Product manufacturing defects
• Hidden defects that prevent the normal use of the product
• Differences between what was offered and what was delivered
• Malfunctions not caused by misuse
Consumer options in the event of a defect:
1. Demand the forced fulfillment of the obligation (receive the correct product)
2. Accept another equivalent product
3. Terminate the contract with a refund of the price paid
B. Warranty against Hidden Defects (Civil and Commercial Code)
Articles 1051 et seq. of the Civil and Commercial Code:
The seller guarantees to the buyer against hidden defects in the item that affect its normal use or significantly diminish its value.
The deadline for reporting hidden defects is 60 days from their discovery, and the action expires three years after the delivery of the product.
C. How to enforce the warranty
To make the legal guarantee effective, the consumer must:
1. Contact COARMI through our official channels
2. Describe the defect or problem in detail
3. Provide proof of purchase
4. Please send photographs of the defect if possible
COARMI will evaluate the claim within 7 business days and offer a solution in accordance with the law.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6. TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
A. Capacity to contract
Purchases can only be made at www.coarmi.com.ar:
• People over 18 years of age
• With the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Argentine law
• With a valid credit/debit card or MercadoPago account/accepted payment method
COARMI reserves the right to refuse any order without needing to provide a reason.
B. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment of receipt and does NOT constitute acceptance of your order.
The contract will only be formed when we send you the email confirming the shipment of the ordered products. Only the products listed in the shipping confirmation email will be included in the contract.
C. Delivery
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be subject to:
• Delays in mail or logistics services
• Adverse weather conditions
• Cases of force majeure
• Product availability
COARMI will do everything possible to meet the estimated deadlines, but will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

7. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

A. Pricing errors
If the price of an item you ordered turns out to be incorrect:

If you have already paid for an order that was cancelled due to a pricing error, we will refund the full amount.
